Q: I paid using an eCheck and I would like to cancel.
A: If you paid using an eCheck we CAN NOT cancel the order. There is no way for us to cancel a payment that has not been received since we are instant delivery. Once the payment is captured then we may send a refund only after reselling your code. eChecks can take anywhere from 5-15 days to clear depending on the bank or if its the holidays.
FYI: We can not cancel since we are unable to use Shopify payments. Cancellations are used through the shopify payments. We only are able to use PayPal payments and we can not cancel an order that is pending. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?
A: Your order will be sent straight to your email within minutes. If an automated email is not received, please check your spam folder. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ENTER IN THE CORRECT EMAIL YOU WANT YOUR ORDER SENT TO.
Q: I didn't recieve my order, I may have entered in my email incorrectly. What should I do?
A: If you didn't recieve your order via email just contact us at info@NewReleaseCodes.com with your First, last name and the titles you purchased. Also let us know which email to send the order to. We can edit your email information and resend your order to the correct email address.
Q: I can not access the email I used to have my order sent to. What should I do?
A: If you remember your order # and the email you used, simply go to the top of our website and click on "Search Order". You can locate it in our top bar next to "Sign In or Create an Account". There you will be asked to enter in your email address and your order number.
Q: VUDU is asking me to make a Movies Anywhere account when I try to enter in this code. How can I enter the code without making a Movies Anywhere account?
A: Unfortunately, Vudu now requires you to have a Movies Anywhere connected to your account. You can click on the follow link to view the VUDU thread about this question.
Q: I am trying to enter in two coupons and it won't let me. How can I do that?
A: Our site only allows you to enter in ONE coupon code per order.

Q: When do you add new releases to your store?
A: We add our new releases every Monday. Sometimes we put them in on a Tuesday or Wednesday depending if there was a delay on the shipment due to bad weather.
Q: I've decided I don't want this movie anymore, can I return it?
A: We are sorry but we do not except returns or exchanges.
